HomeschoolGrades is an online platform that enables homeschool parents and guardians to track student grades, calculate GPAs, manage attendance, and generate academic transcripts. The Service is available through web browsers at homeschoolgrades.com and app.homeschoolgrades.com.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
Free Plan: The Service offers a free plan with limited features. No payment is required for the free plan.
Paid Plans: Paid subscriptions (Starter and Pro plans) are billed annually. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including student information, grades, and academic records. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we are not liable for any data loss.
The GPA calculations, transcripts, and reports generated by the Service are based on the information you provide. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of calculations if incorrect data is entered. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of all generated documents before submitting them to educational institutions or other third parties.
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and content (excluding your data), is the property of HomeschoolGrades and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeschoolGrades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
